Winders
Polytype Converting has developed a wide variety of winders with reel diameter from 500 to 1’800 mm (20” to 71”) and with reel weight from 500 to 5’000 kg each (1’100 to 11’000 lbs each).

These winders can handle substrates with working width between 500 and 2’750 mm (20” to 108”) and tension range between 5 N/m to 2000 N/m.
Polytype can provide stop winders as well as non-stop winders, both types with shafted and shaftless design.
