As our customer, you receive much more than standard fare. Of course, our engineers will adapt your VIRTU to your individual requirements and wishes. For that reason, we take sufficient time for extensive consultation – at your site or on our premises. For this is the only way you can find out how your personal printer must be configured. Upon delivery, you will receive detailed technical documentations from us.

Before putting your printer into operation, you will receive an in-depth introduction. In our demo facilities in Switzerland or in the USA, you will have an opportunity to participate in training sessions or to try out something completely new under the guidance of our specialists. By means of these training sessions, you will get to know the VIRTU printing technology to such an extent as will enable you to get the best possible and most efficient use out of your printer.
