Peter Ruth is responsible for the Systems Division and will, from January 1st, 2012 as new CEO of the wifag//polytype, also be responsible for the Divisions Trading and New Business.
The Systems Division of the wifag//polytype is active in the fields of Metal Packaging (aerosol cans, aluminum bottles), Plastic Packaging (plastic tubes, plastic cups), Coating/Converting for flexibles, Printing Presses for newspapers/books and Digital large format printing.
The Division Trading is active in the supplies and consumables, equipment, service and support for the printing industry.
Based on the core competencies of the group and acquisitions, the New Business Division aims to build up new markets and applications in other growth markets in the near future.
The wifag//polytype has about 1000 employees worldwide and assures local market presence with it’s own subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, USA, Thailand, China/Hongkong, India and Brasil.
