Our customer service specialists are at your disposal to maintain your machines at the highest level of productivity throughout their lifetime.

That is why Polytype has formed a single, integrated department, combining the Customer Technical Support and Spare Parts offices. The task of this unit is to take care efficiently of your requests from the first call until the export of the parts or the dispatch of our technicians at your site.

We undertake to:

• Remote technical support.

• Keep in stock of the key spare parts for your machines.

• Dispatch our trained technicians to maintain or repair your 
  machines efficiently.

• Solution for the replacement of the obsolete parts or systems.

If this is not possible, then we will do our utmost to reduce the reaction time, to the next working day. (e.g. to brief a specialist of the problem in advance etc.)
